Please do not reproduce a commission, take credit for the work, alter the work in any way, or sell the work commercially as your own. Reproducing a commission for any blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is also prohibited .You may NOT use your commission for AI training in any way. Commercial use includes but is not limited to: promotional use for VTubers or any other online content creators or brands, branding assets (video thumbnails, stream assets, promotional art to be reposted on social media), merchandise production for sale (keychains, stickers, prints, standees, etc.), using the commission in any way that leads to profiting monetarily (including promotion). If you have any doubts regarding personal vs commercial use, feel free to send me a message. If you plan to use a commission for commercial use, including promotional usage, you must let me know while sending the commission form. Depending on the type of commercial usage described, you will have to pay an additional fee. I differentiate between Digital-only commercial use (no physical merchandise, only promotional and branding assets) and General commercial use (promotional and branding assets, printing and selling products with art I did for you). Prices for commercial commissions will include a commercial license fee. Digital-only commercial use is +50% of the full commission price. General commercial use fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scale and type of the project. Copyright of the commissioned artwork always belongs to me. I will not transfer or sell copyright of the artwork.✧ Clients will only be provided with a digital copy of the completed piece including a watermark you may NOT ever remove at any time!✧ I, as the artist, may post finished pieces on my social media and include them in my portfolio✧ Kindly let me know if you'd like to keep it privateKnow by filling out a form you are agreeing to these terms and any breach will result in immediate termination of your request, no refund will be allowed and legal action will be taken.PAYMENTS✧ All prices are in USD and CAN✧Preferred payment method would be through Paypal or Canada transfer✧✧ When the commission is accepted ; commissions more than 16$ USD, I require 60% payment upfront once payment is accepted and the commission is accepted you will pay the remaining 40% then the finished art will be sent via Gmail. Commissions 16$ USD or Lower is a one time payment, meaning 100% upfront.REFUNDS
You may cancel your Illustration prior to payment. The Illustration will be cancelled and I won't go forward with the sketch. There will be no refunds after the Illustration is finished, unless I have a personal circumstance where I do not think I can complete the commission, Then I will return 80% of the payment back to you! The refund will not be given in full, since transnational bank expenses will be deducted from the buyer.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be forbidden to ever commission me again. I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all rights to the money you gave me.HOW TO ORDERTo order, Please either use my VGEN (if not set up). You must DM me on Discord, Instagram, or Email me!After contacting me, I will be contacting you as soon as I can, Please understand I am quite busy with my personal life, and I have wrist injury.Once the commission is accepted : refer to PAYMENTS3 revisions each will be given during the sketch and line art phase, 2 during the colouring phase, and 1 during the shading phase.Additional revisions / major changes after initial confirmations will be subjected to extra fees. Each commission will take anywhere up to a 1-3 weeks to 3 months to complete starting from the sketching phase.★ Please ensure to send references or specific details, such as expressions, poses, (moodboards, additional use of base, inspirations, if you wish) etc…anything to help with the process is greatly appreciated!I will do what I can to make my customers happy.I'm able to make changes throughout the process when wips are provided. After the commission is finished, I'm willing to make small changes (like adding glasses, etc) Any great changes after completion will result in you being charged extra.Make sure to be clear in your order with what you aim for.Know by commissioning you are agreeing to these terms and any breach will result in immediate termination of your request, no refund will be allowed and legal action can be taken.
Most General TOS also applyCUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN BY YOUR REFERENCES★I will take a bunch of descriptions, colours, pictures and anything else you have as a reference and put together a origonal character design reference sheet for you.★there will be many changes to be allowed as character design can go through many different phases!!★you will own the rights to the design once it is finished however you DO NOT own the rights to my artwork itself, and claiming it as your art would go agaisnst my TOS which by VIOLATING you are agreeing to be put on a block list

This is completely free for anything I do★Submissions will be open via slots they will remain open for a while but I will close them in the next week! So I am looking for original character of ALL types : Humans , Anthros, Ponies, Roblox + Minecraft skins (with enough references), Cartoon style animals (to an extent) etc. I will use my own **discretion **unlike Neytirix , There is some things I am less skilled at drawing but I am willing to try! So don’t let that detour you!*WITH THESE CHARACTERS I THEN PLAN TO POST THE REDESIGNS OF THEM THIS MEANS : ***** 1. If you submit your character for me to redraw you are completely fine with me changing it in any and every way I choose1. It will ALWAYS be your character. I will never claim otherwise and I will always give you owner credit.2. If I chose your character, you may do whatever you like with my redesign (eg. you can claim the character as your updated, adapt only some aspects or none at all)3. provide more info about them! why you created them or just about their personality likes or dislikes etc.*I will try to draw as many as I can in the Free time I have but still please don't be down if I don’t choose your character.
